Wes Maas is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the National Rugby League (NRL) for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, the North Queensland Cowboys and the Melbourne Storm. He was born on 12 February 1980 in Camden, Australia. Maas played his junior rugby league for the Camden Rams before being signed by the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 1998. He made his NRL debut for the Rabbitohs in Round 1 of the 1999 NRL season against the North Queensland Cowboys. Maas played for the Rabbitohs until the end of the 2002 season, when he joined the North Queensland Cowboys. He played for the Cowboys until the end of the 2006 season, when he joined the Melbourne Storm. Maas played for the Storm until the end of the 2008 season, when he retired from the NRL. Maas played a total of 166 NRL games, scoring 24 tries. He also represented the Country Origin team in 2003. As of 2020, Wes Maas's net worth is estimated to be roughly $1 million.

After retiring from rugby league, Maas founded the MAAS Group and became a property developer. In 2017, Maas continued to have some involvement in the game and coached St Mary's Dubbo.

Maas was later released by South Sydney and played in the lower grades for Balmain. In 2007, Maas signed for CYMS Dubbo in the group 11 competition.

Maas made his first grade debut for South Sydney against the Brisbane Broncos in round 8 2002 which ended in a 42–16 loss at the Sydney Football Stadium. He made his final appearances in the top grade the following week against the New Zealand Warriors which ended in a 25–18 loss.
