Maya Diab was born to in Achrafieh, to a Christian Greek Orthodox family Diab majored in radio and TV media after receiving her university degree from the Lebanese University; she worked on several TV programs. Diab has one brother (Ghassan) and two sisters (Mona and Grace). She is the youngest born out of her parents’ children. She married a Muslim businessman, Abbas Nasser, in 2006 with whom she had her daughter, Kai, the couple separated in 2017.
