He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Colorado. McChesney attended Santa Cruz High School in Santa Cruz, California, where he was a two-time All-League selection. He was also a two-time All-State selection and was named the Santa Cruz County Player of the Year as a senior. McChesney played college football at the University of Colorado, where he was a four-year starter. He was a two-time All-Big 12 selection and was named to the All-Big 12 Academic Team three times. McChesney was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played in five NFL seasons, spending time with the Broncos, New York Jets, and Washington Redskins. McChesney currently works as a financial advisor for UBS Financial Services in Denver, Colorado. He is married and has two children.
