Ansara was born in Los Angeles County, California, and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in art history. She began her career in the art department of the television show The Office in 2005. She has since worked on a variety of films and television shows, including The Hangover trilogy, Parks and Recreation, The Mindy Project, and The Office. Ansara has been nominated for several awards, including an Emmy Award for Outstanding Art Direction for a Multi-Camera Series for her work on The Office in 2007.
