Hall Bartlett was an American film producer, director, and screenwriter. He was born on November 27, 1922 in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri and the University of Southern California. Bartlett began his career in the film industry in the 1950s, producing and directing a number of low-budget films. His most successful film was the 1962 drama The Lively Set, which starred James Darren and Pamela Tiffin. He also directed the 1965 film The Cincinnati Kid, starring Steve McQueen. Bartlett's other credits include the 1967 film The Boatniks, starring Robert Morse and Stefanie Powers, and the 1971 film The Andromeda Strain, starring Arthur Hill and David Wayne. Bartlett died on April 28, 2002 in Los Angeles, California. His net worth at the time of his death was estimated to be around $2 million.
