Francisco Reynders is a Dutch actor and singer who has been active in the entertainment industry since the 1950s. He is best known for his roles in films such as The Longest Day (1962), The Spy Who Came in from the Cold (1965), and The Day of the Jackal (1973). He has also appeared in numerous television series, including The Avengers (1961-1969), The Persuaders! (1971-1972), and The Professionals (1977-1983). Reynders was born on 1 May 1929 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He began his career as a singer, performing in cabarets and nightclubs in the Netherlands. He made his film debut in the Dutch film De Vierde Man (1953). He then moved to England, where he appeared in several British films, including The Longest Day (1962) and The Spy Who Came in from the Cold (1965). Reynders has also appeared in numerous television series, including The Avengers (1961-1969), The Persuaders! (1971-1972), and The Professionals (1977-1983). He has also appeared in several Dutch television series, including De Fabriek (1975-1977) and De Komedianten (1978-1979). Reynders has been married twice. He has two children from his first marriage and one from his second. He currently resides in Amsterdam.

Francisco "Frans" Reynders was an active and highly-regarded mime, theatrical designer and fine artist. Growing up in The Netherlands, he eventually moved to the United States, first living in New York City. He later moved to Portland, Oregon where he taught at Lewis and Clark College and founded the Oregon Mime Theater in 1973.
Studied mime with Marcel Marceau in the early 1950s at Étienne Decroux's Paris, France academy of mime.
