He delivered his keynotes and workshops to groups such as Protective Life Insurance, Dimensional Fund Advisors, Morgan Stanley, and Young Presidents Association. He is the author of There's No Plan B for Your A-Game (2019).

In 2009, Bo Eason partnered with Willoughby Productions to develop and create The Bo Eason Show, a daily talk show for daytime television. A presentation tape and a "mini-pilot" were produced and shopped to various networks and syndicators.

In 1986, Bo Eason's season ended with a broken ankle in a Week 9 contest against the Miami Dolphins. He signed with the 49ers in the 1988 offseason, but suffered a knee injury in training camp, ending his season and career.
